Great cliff slope, in the middle between the lighthouse (farol) and the "tea house o FIO"). Perfect and strong uphill conditions, as long the wind is coming from the sea side. In may I had good thermal uplift along the foot trail as well. Landing is best behind the walking trail, there is lots of grass with some stones in between. 2m glider is fine there, EPP will make things even easier. Before landing, take care of people walking by to the lighthouse. Note: Instead of the paved road which google maps still shows 2019 (with a map dated 2004) - now the street is a foot trail with lots of gravel and stones, so there is no car traffic anymore. Be aware of your steps, the cliff is very steep and close to the trail. I parked the car at the "miradouro do fio" and walked the 400m to the starting point. Dont forget to visit the nearby view points (lighthouse and tea house O FIO).
