This is a nice fairly wide straight slope with a ridge along the edge that you can shelter behind while still watching your plane. There is a nice landing area BUT it does often have severe rotor so most people only fly foamies at this slope. I find it safer to approach from the side and land along behind the ridge instead of the usual flying well behind then coming back downwind through the rotor. Use the same car park as Haresfield small slope. The path is a busy one called the Cotswold Way so watch for (always very friendly) walkers. If the wind moves West of South use the small slope instead.
