The height of the slope from the ground below is 425 feet. Its a SW/W facing hill and provides great lift, average days bring a 15+ mph winds. Sometimes there are walkers but the only amount of 'many people' you will find will be RC pilots. One of the IE's premier slopes. Lots of good people here. Also has a backside up and behind the towers for Santa Ana winds but the typical crowd is the West wind flyers
