Location: Los Banos Reservoir, California, 36 58 57.31 N, 120 56 02.40 W Slope and Thermal Soaring: 200 - 300 foot high slopes with lots of flat unobstructed landing area available, perfect for large scale. Behind the slopes are acres of open grassy fields. Best Wind Direction: North West thru North East Winds. Directions: From I-5, East on 152, Right on Volta Rd. Follow the signs to the reservoir, turn left on Rim Drive (first gate on your left). There is a park fee.
