Very limited landing area on top of slope due to cliff face erosion over the years.If there is a trail to the beach, landing on the beach is an option. Also used by hang gliders and mixing with them can be a problem due to limited slope top space. Do not climb or walk in the dunes to either side of parking lot. This slope is flyable on E - NE winds
